American Society for Engineering Education Annual Event Provides Opportunity for Shared Learning

Featuring more than 400 technical sessions, with peer-reviewed papers spanning all disciplines of engineering education, the ASEE 125th Annual Conference & Exposition will be held June 24-27 in Salt Lake City, Utah. Gap Wireless and several top tier vendor partners will be participating in the exposition to share latest offerings supporting the education sector.

Gap Wireless offers training tools for the education market that include turn-key labs complete with test hardware and software-defined radios. Respectful of budget challenges, Gap Wireless works with educators and suppliers to maximize opportunities in education. Solutions from Keysight Technologies, DreamCatcher and SpectraTronix will be featured on the Gap Wireless booth at the 2018 ASEE Conference & Exposition.

  • Keysight Technologies has instruments and software to advance work in university research labs, and in classroom and teaching labs. Students have access to the same tools used by Keysight customers in government and industry.
  • DreamCatcher provides technical training to the electrical and electronics industry as well as telecommunications, oil & gas, and life sciences sectors. Customized curriculum is created based on 500+ technical courses in DreamCatcher’s content libraries, with hands-on training using technology partner tools.
  • SpectraTronix offers an end-to-end platform of products and services for RF & system level design, development, and prototyping as well as Test & Measurement for educators, researchers and developers.

These vendor solutions are well aligned with the objectives of the host organization. The ASEE strives to foster the exchange of ideas, enhance teaching methods and curriculum, and provide prime networking opportunities for engineering and technology education stakeholders such as deans, faculty members, and industry & government representatives.
