Ernest Cid, CEO of Wavecontrol
Founder and CEO of Wavecontrol, Electronics & Telecom Engineering and Business Degrees, IEEE member. Ernest has participated in CENELEC TC 106X and is a member of ITU-T Study Group 5, which has the objective to avoid health risks from electromagnetic fields (EMFs) produced by telecommunication devices and installations.
Roger Nichols, 5G Program Manager at Keysight Technologies
Roger Nichols has been the Keysight Technologies program manager for 5G since 2014 and for 6G since 2019. His 36 years’ experience in commercial radio design, test, and measurement encompasses all 6 “G’s” from analog to the coming generation. He holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the University of Colorado, Boulder.
Nader Famili, Head of Technical Solutions, North America at RFS
Nader is a seasoned wireless leader with over 26 years of experience in the industry. He is the head of technical solutions at RFS North America. He holds a PH.D. in Electrical Engineering from Texas A&M University with emphasis on electromagnetics and antennas. His broad professional background includes leading efforts to design and deploy various wireless networks such as 2G – 4G, CBRS, WiFi, broadband milli meter wave networks, large multi operator multi technology DAS systems, and public safety systems. Nader has also led teams designing innovative RF and wireless products such as DAS systems and digital repeaters.
Dr. Esteve Hassan, Ph.D., PEng, Industrial Research Chair for IIOT Applications at Mohawk College.
Professor and Industrial Research Chair in Interoperability Sensor Systems for IIoT Applications at Mohawk College. He has 10 years of applied research experience in the design, development, and implementation of wireless sensor devices and smart embedded real-time systems. He holds Master of Engineering (MEng) and PhD in Electronic and Computer Engineering.
