Speaker Bios

Tanner Ryan is a DevOps engineer at FyeLabs. Through years of experience in projects for over 20 clients, most of them SMEs, Tanner has developed an extensive knowledge in developing scalable, cloud native applications that are both cutting edge and cost-effective. The most notable of his products currently enhances intrusion detection capabilities in over 120 sites throughout Canada today. Tanner is particularly passionate about Internet networks, the Internet of Things, and systems security to complement his strong software development skills.
 Suvojit Ghosh is the founder and Managing Director of FYELABS, a pioneering service offered by McMaster University for emerging and ambitious companies to effectively compete with the large enterprise competitor. FYELABS’ innovation-as-a-service is delivered by  cross-functional team of product development professionals. About two years old, FYELABS has served over 35 clients worldwide, and has been made popular by its speed of service (projects are usually completed in weeks) and low costs (it is a non-profit.
Ryan Stewart is a cyber security professional who is incredibly passionate about helping advance cyber literacy, reducing the stigma around cyber security, and develop graduates ready for work in the field. As Mohawk College’s Cyber Lab Technologist, Ryan has worked on a large number of cyber initiatives including: Setting up the cyber lab, applied research projects, creating and delivering corporate cyber training, running CTF events, Hackathons, and developing modules for non-technical learners (Such as high school students). Ryan is also an instructor in Mohawk’s cyber security grad certificate program, and a graduate of Mohawk College’s Network Engineering Systems Analyst program.
Guy Dulberger is the CISO & DPO for Ritchie Bros., a leading asset management and disposition company. He is also a Mohawk College alumni . He has worked as a security leader across several sectors, including the finance, tech, and healthcare industries, with companies such as The Carlyle Group, DGAM, Morneau Shepell, Maru Matchbox and IBM—building security teams, programs, and increasing each firm’s cybersecurity maturity level while protecting the brand.
