Delta Americas (Delta) was founded in 1971 and has been the global leader in switching power supply solutions since 2002, and DC brushless fans since 2006. Their mission is, “to provide innovative, clean, and energy-efficient solutions for a better tomorrow”.
Delta Americas serves industries such as communications, IT, industrial automation, renewable energy, lighting, power tool, automotive electric vehicle, and more. They offer the most energy efficient power products in the industry including, switching power supplies, with efficiency over 90%, telecom power, with up to 97.5% efficiency, and PV inverters, up to 98.7% efficiency. A few of their products include power electronics, DC brushless fans, visual displays, industrial automation, networking products, electronic components, consumer products, and energy efficient & renewable energy products.
Delta Americas was ranked at the highest A-level of the Climate Performance Leadership Index (CPLI) of the 2014 Carbon Disclosure Project (CDP). They continue their dedication to developing technologies and solutions that aim to reduce global warming and ensure a sustainable future for mankind. Delta Americas has helped customers save nearly 14.8 billion kWh of electricity, and have reduced carbon emissions by about 7.9 million tons of CO2e from 2010 to 2014.
Delta cabinet air conditioners are compressor-based cooling systems used to keep internal enclosure temperatures below ambient. Delta air conditioners all feature Delta’s DC brushless fans engineered to run continuously for 80,000 hours, or nine years. Available with DC or AC power input. UL/cUL recognized with CE and TUV certification.
Delta cabinet heaters provide reliable and efficient thermal protection for electronics and controls in low temperature environments. Delta heaters use a Positive Temperature Coefficient (PTC) heating element for increased safety and reduced operating costs. PTC heaters only generate the heat necessary for a desired temperature, versus at a constant rate, which saves energy while helping to prevent overheating and burnout. The heating element also cools down quickly. Fan and heater status are easily monitored via an LED status indicator. Operating temperature range is -40 to 65°C. UL, cUL, CE, TUV approved.
A thermoelectric cooling module is used for thermal protection of electronics and sensitive equipment in tight spaces. A TEC module is a sandwich of components (Peltier chip, heat sinks and fans) that form a ‘mini air conditioner’ which can cool a small space without the need for refrigerant or a compressor. All Delta TEC’s incorporate Delta DC brushless fans which are engineered to run continuously for 80,000 hours, or nine years. Standard TEC’s are available in 24V and 48V at 200W and 400W. Custom designs are available. UL/cUL recognized with CE and TUV certification.
|Delta air-to-air heat exchangers employ a closed-loop system with advanced fan and core technology designed to cool enclosures down to ambient temperature. Delta heat exchangers all feature Delta DC brushless fans engineered to run continuously for 80,000 hours, or nine years. Internal, external and roof mount models are available. UL/cUL recognized with CE and TUV certification.|
